Worklog Notes Privacy Policy

Effective September 18, 2026

Worklog Notes is an offline work journal. It does not require an account and does not include advertising, analytics, crash reporting, or app-controlled network transfer.

Data stored by the app

Record text, project names, statuses, templates, modification times, preferences, and drafts are stored locally in the app's private storage on your device.

Sharing and export

Data leaves the app only when you choose an Android share action, open content in another app, or export a file through the Android document picker. Exported files remain at the destination you choose and are not removed by the in-app delete-all action.

Android backup

Android backup is enabled. Depending on your device and Google account settings, Android may copy app data to your configured backup service and restore it on another device. Worklog Notes does not directly control that transfer.

Security

App-private storage is protected by Android's application sandbox. Worklog Notes does not add database encryption beyond the protection supplied by Android and your device.

Deletion

You can delete individual records or use Delete all local records. Uninstalling removes app-private data subject to Android backup and restore behavior. Exported or shared files must be deleted from their destination separately.

Children

Worklog Notes is a general productivity tool and is not directed to children.
